Earlier this year we bought the remaining stock from the heirs of Harry Keijl. Harry Keijl used to be known for producing his beautiful, often plexiglass tricks, because of that he often was confused with Eddy Taytelbaum who also produced small plexiglass (plastic) tricks of high quality which nowadays sell for hundreds of euros each at auctions. The paddle we offer here is therefore only in limited stock, while supplies last, complete with instructions which have been specially rewritten.
Effect:
You show a paddle with a white sleeve around it on which six Egyptian symbols are printed on both sides. Then you pull the paddle out of the sleeve and show it blank on both sides before you slide it back into the sleeve. A spectator can then name a number from 1 to 6 after which you start counting on the sleeve and end on a symbol, let’s say the Ankh.
You show the six symbols on both sides again and then suddenly and visually one of the symbols disappears – namely the chosen symbol, or the Ankh in this case. You show both sides of the sleeve and there is no Ankh to be seen. Then you pull the paddle out of the sleeve and printed on it is a large Ankh printed on both sides!
You receive the complete set (easy to show) complete with instructions. The paddle measures approx. 10 x 3.5 x 1 cm in its entirety.
