Mental Balls & Vase (4472)

This is a true collector’s item, a beautifully wood-turned vase with wooden balls. An incredible mechanism makes is all work.

Effect:

You show a wooden vase, tilt it upside down and 4 small wooden balls roll out of the mouth of the vase, blue, red, yellow and green. You ask a spectator to take ONE COLOR IN THEIR MIND, you take the four balls in one hand, take ONE without showing it to the audience and drop it inside the vase (everybody can hear that). Now you put the other three balls into your pocket and show your hands empty. Then you ask for the first time which color the spectator has THOUGHT OFF. As an example he mentions BLUE. You take the vase, turn it upside down and the BLUE BALL drops out…your prediction was correct! Take the other three balls from your pocket and you are ready to repeat this again.

If you want to show a second routine you drop all 4 balls in the vase without showing their order. Then you show a second set of 4 balls and let 4 people one after the other mention one of the four colors…whatever they name, that ball drops out of the vase in exactly the same order as the spectators had choosen!
