Morison’s Pill Box (5917)

A beautifully made vase of African teak wood with ebony accents.

This is an item that already appeared in Professor Hoffmann’s book Modern Magic from 1876. Various variations of the Ball & Vase were described in this book. However, what is so special about this version?

You show a nice vase and take the top half off to show that there is a shiny red wooden ball in it. You take the ball out, close the vase again and show the ball on all sides and then make it disappear in your favorite way. Then when you open the vase again, the ball is back in the vase – but now you can take the ball out of the vase again and SHOW IT ON ALL SIDES again!

The classic version of the Ball & Vase has a half shell that covers the real ball and you can never take the “second ball” out of the vase. With this version you can do this however as the “second”!

You will receive the special vase complete with everything you need, including instructions in English. Each vase is slightly different as it is made from different parts of wood, but the design is of course the same.

The vase is approx. 18 cm high and 7 cm wide. The real ball has a diameter of 3.5 cm.
