Shipping Orders Outside the Netherlands

Shipping Charges Outside the Netherlands are divided into different zones. Simply check in which zone your country is and you can see the shipping rates to your country for parcels up to 10 kg. Big or heavy items can have different shippingprices then quoted in the cart when checking out. If you have to pay extra or if you have paid to much we will let you know and sort it out so we can send the order as fast as possible.

We ship by PostNL, DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT or other courier to provide the best service and shippingprices. If you prefer a specific courier then let us know so we can make a price-quote. Some couriers are much cheaper than others, especially to specific countries/areas.

Zone 1 :
Netherlands
-Ordervalue below EUR 100,00 = EUR 5,95
-Ordervalue above EUR 100,00 = FREE SHIPPING!

Belgium
-Ordervalue below EUR 100,00 = EUR 8,50
-Ordervalue above EUR 100,00 = FREE SHIPPING!

Zone 3 :
Germany = EUR 11,50

The shipping coste below are for parcels up to 2 kilo, insured and registred mail. Big and heavier parcels can be more expensive, in that case we will contact you after your order with the actual shipping rates.

Zone 4:
Spain, France, Denmark, Isle of Man, Italy, Luxemburg, Austria and Sweden = EUR 20,00

Zone 5:
Albania, Andorra, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Croatia, Latvia, Lituania, Liechtenstein, Malta, Moldavia, Montenegro, Norway, Portugal, Roemenia, Serbia, Slovenia, Slowakia, Oekraïne, Poland, Tzech Republic, Turkey, United Kingdom, Belarus and Switzerland = EUR 25,00

Zone 6:
Argenta, Australia, Bahrein, Brazil, Canada, China, Chili, Curaçao, Egypt, Ethiopia, Fiji, Filipines, Georgia, Hongkong, India, Indonesia, Irak, Iran, Japan, Marocco, Mexico, New-Zealand, Russia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Emirates, United States of America and South-Korea = EUR 35,00

All other countries not mentioned above:

The ordervalue is made up by REAL ITEMS only. Downloadable products, (lecture) Tickets or Gift Certificates are not included in these amounts as these always have free shipping.

Payment Options

You can choose out of different payment options when checking out, all are safely thru our payment-providers using SSL-secured Servers.

PAYPAL

With this option you can pay directly with your paypal-account, this is configured to your bank and/or creditcard so you can make payments directly.

IDEAL, MISTERCASH & SOFORTZAHLUNG

You can use this option to pay with IDEAL (dutch online banking system), MISTERCASH (Belgium online banking system), SOFORT (German online banking system). Also 3D Secure Creditcards can be used with this option.

CREDITCARDS (WITH 3D SECURE ONLY)

Use this option if you want to pay with a 3D SECURE CREDITCARD only, if you do not have this option available yet for your card please choose another payment-method or pay by creditcard thru paypal.

PAYMENT IN ADVANCE (BANK TRANSFER)

You place your order and after the order is placed a confirmation will be sent by email, you can make the payment into our bank-account and we will ship directly after we have received the FULL payment.
