“This book does not belong to me. I did not write it, nor did I sketch each image.
S. W. Erdnase was the author, M. D. Smith drew each image of the hands of Erdnase and the book originally published in 1902. Ricky Smith suggested that I apply my hand tattoos to each drawing in the book. I did not do that. I asked my friend Neema to do that for me. The cover was designed, and the book was sent to print. I am often seen as an ‘Erdnase Capitalist.’But as with everything I do, it is never about the money.

This time, it’s literally out of my hands, and I receive no profit other than the satisfaction of being part of another opportunity to bring attention to this book. If this is a new edition to your building Erdnase collection, thank you. I continue in hope to be understood, not as one who continues to disgrace the legacy of Erdnase, but as one who strives to uphold his work, as a student, as a fan and as an ambassador of this treatise on the science and art of manipulating cards.
